This book has come in handy a lot for my nursing assignment in California. Most of patients are primary Spanish speakers, and this books really facilitates communication. The reason for giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is this: it is a 'proper' Spanish interpretation, not so much Spanish as it is used today. Fortunately, I have a wealth of coworkers willing to go through the book and add notes in for me. For instance: don't say 'codo' (elbow) to a Mexican person. It's their way of calling someone a tight-@$$. Tips like that would have been useful.
